Well that would be up to the law firm to the decide if it's viable or not. But look at class action lawsuits of other companies in the past and they've been brought to court for Less. When you have the CEO on a public forum stating you better get in now cuz prices won't be this low for long that's definitely a statement don't you think. I'm sure a lot of people on here feel

I followed this company since 2018 and been accumulating from 2020  based on what was happening and what the CEO was saying was going to happen. 40 million Canadian government contract is like dead in the water there's been nothing on it and a year and a half If you really want to look back and think about it they've made some really questionable moves with some good earned money from

I follow the path of least logical resistance. Therefore, I'm assuming they must have some news. Imagine where we could be if some good results came out during Q1 2023. I think it's still a good buy at it's current level, it definitely due for a bounce because it’s hard to ignore those catalysts at this point.

Unfortunately I am having similar issues of unexplainable SP movement or non movement on my big board stocks as well. Along with more eyes and more opportunities comes more of the crapp we deal with on the V. If you want an example check out VMD.T this has been almost as frustrating as DM for me over the years. Doing better lately but took for ever. Not sure the big board will help much.

Penny stocks on all exchanges are having issues with performance, not only on the venture exchange. Penny stocks are where penny flippers live. Buy 100000 shares at .08 and sell at .1 and that is 2000 dollars gain. T.MBX is suffering from the same condition. It goes up a penny or two and immediately someone sells a bunch then somebody sells a few for a penny or more less and the cycle continues.
