Is this a joke?
"The spinoff will result in a boost in the Company's balance sheet post-endemic as it acquires shares of the new entity. Management plans to launch this development within the next 12 months"
So they own %100 of the so-called entity and doesn't boost the balance sheet but once they give it away and acquire shares of something they already own it will boost the balance sheet? How does that make any sense?

I agree, this makes no sense, except it helps those who'll issue those shares. I don't like this move.

I've got three reasons not to spin it off graph block chain, concierge, screen pro. How has that worked out for us shareholders millions spent on nothing in return.

Not the same thing. A "spin-off" is when shares of the new company are given to share holders of the current company.

Let's hope that's how DM structures it at the very least. If they are going to follow through with it.

I agree with you. Let's hope MG doesn't screw this up.
