There has been some negative reactions to the latest news, however I think these people will be proven wrong.
DM has always done minimal marketing and kept it in house, I think they are spending on out of house marketing now because they have A LOT of good news coming down the pipeline starting this summer, and they want this news to reach as many people in a specific audience(s). Think, if they have AnalyticsGPT at their disposal, they know who/where they need to target with their marketing efforts, and Octagon will help them present these efforts in the most appealing way possible.
As for dilution complaints, I understand the frustration especially coming right after the buyback, however 2,000,000 shares is not much (especially with 60,000,000 warrants to expire this month) and the approx 32,000,000 included in the plan will only be given out as rewards to those responsible for helping to boost the company and SP.
