Looking good Marsh
Medi is so good and has such a bright future (well at least you thought so or you wouldn't have slapped a 12 million dollar value on it) that you're dumping it, great job bud.....let's just hope a year from today you don't need to "focus" on just AI and dump EV eh....you da man buddy.

Just a reminder, we (the shareholders of DM) will get shares of the new spin-off company!

Yes that is the proposed possible plan. But if that does happen it ultimately will go to zero just like the rest of their verticals that they spin out. Think they should just sell the assets and put the money in the bank.

Also, according to the last financials, Health services revenue was $2.1 million, while AI was $1.6 million. It is not Medi-Call that is of concern, the big fish is Imagine Health which is already growing. This means, the company is spinning off a division that has revenue and is growing which we will now get shares of.

MyAli4s. you are very wrong. Current shareholders will own the new company. GBLC was not a spinoff.

Indeed. And once we receive the shares, everyone will have the option of managing them as they see best fit: . a. Keep both DM and the eHealth shares b. Sell eHealth and buy more DM shares with the proceeds c. Sell DM ti buy more eHealth shares A number of other such alternatives.
