Insiders

642,000 at 7 and 793,000 at 7.5.....certainly the insiders who can buy 31 million at 8 will buy these ones instead....well duh....should be an excellent volume day folks.

insiders can sit in their 0.08 for a couple of years before buying them, so they have little incentive to use cash on hand to buy some at 0.07. As the options end date approaches and that the sp will presumably be multiple times their 0.08 option, they can then take up a short term loan to buy the options and, shortly thereafter, sell them at the going market sp...

If they don't buy these it means one of three things to me Think they can get some cheaper still Want to pay more than they have to Don't want them right now.....this is me, I don't want any more right now no matter the price.

You forgot one. Maybe the insiders just don't have confidence in the company and where it's going and they know something that we don't. I'm starting to have doubts about their government contracts and NATO contracts and South Korean contracts how good is their Tech if they only get $500,000 contracts once a year or so. This is turning out to be a real POS.

Not everyone is made of money... perhaps they have mortgages, bills to pay, children's education. Maybe they're affected by inflation, maybe, just maybe, they're regular people living off of a salary... what a wild thought. Crazy how they don't have an infinite supply of money otherwise they might just buy them all...

They already personally own a lot. Maybe they just don't have a lot of extra cash right now. You know, mortgage payments, cost of living? Stuff like that.

Possibilities Are Endless! also means it's possible the share price could go way down too.  They've got all the bases covered with that slogan.

Or the opposite might happen in terms of the SP. Lots of factors could move it but here now we most definitely need some kind of big news involving a contract. They should be pushing for contracts constantly. P.S investing in the future opportunity is the reward here !

They should be doing lots of things but it's not obvious anything is going on.  BTW, the price just dropped to a low we haven't seen since April 2020.

It does depend on how the options were arranged. For instance, when I worked as a manager in a Nasdaq company, I was given a sum of options over a 2 year period, 50 percent AFTER one year of service and another 50 percent the following year. I had 4 years to excersise them. But, once I received a batch of options in my account, if the stock price was higher than the strike price, I could flip them ...more
