Well, aquisition of DM or parts thereof might look juicy to a buyer due to our dismal share price, what would it do for existing shareholders? With our SP say, 7 cents, what would they offer up as a premium? So our 7 cent stock becomes say, 11 cents? That's our payout? No thanks.
