In regards to a possible financing this report is very important.
We know cash position is shrinking so let's see if that continues.
We know revs in the recent quarters have not been enough to grow the cash position so let's see if that continues.
We know the market is in no rush to buy the stock....we absolutely need this to reverse course but I state the obvious.

Hope to see phase 2 multi million dollar payout in Q2 to remove all doubt of any future possible financing mid term let's say.

I guess by Friday latest we'll have some answers.

I think financials are just going to be just that, "Soft". Without the covid sales and being that the EVs and Analytics GPT are yet to be launched fully, SH will have to be a little more patient till the next Q and see how the two replace the revenues from COVID.

Everything is pegged on how fast they do that. I believe analytics can help in that front if well promoted to the targeted SMEs. AI has more potential, as the EV industry is more dynamic, so this division will have to perform exceptionally with consistent contracts.

Agreed Ricky Q2 will not make or break us but it will establish if the large cash drain is continuing as well as the very low revs. I would like to see a reversal of these trends or at the very least everything holding steady, that is what my original post was about. A large phase 2 pushes out any possible financing until mid term....lets say 6 to 9 months or so without it you are right

I don't expect a financing as it wouldn't make any sense (cash position and also buy back program). By the way, to me it would be a failure of the management, if a financing would be necessary. I mean they had a smallcap dream cash position and if they would need a financing, the managment would just be incompetent to handle their cash.

It's too early to talk about financing because from their last fins their cash position was sufficient to run a few more Quarters.

That's what i would expect, because as they a covid test based smallcap dream cash position, it should be a no brainer to DM management to make DM a everybodies investors darling.

Isn't in prudent and good investing to talk about what could possibly happen in a few quarters?  At what point would you say it's not too early?

That is true, but we need to see sales increase. Running analytics will be an expensive affair, and those cash reserves need to start increasing to sustain operations.

We also know Phase 2 millions can't fix DM cash position overnight.With Covid way behind us,it's delusional to expect to hit revenue more than 10M unless Imagine Health and/or AnalyticsGPT proves to be a blow of fresh air
