Just to clarify my position, I am not aware that DM is in any need 
of financing now or any time soon. MG has stated that and revs
are coming in from all the verticals and we still have cash.
My position is that IF we do need financing to say, expand something
rapidly or whatever, it would not be the end of the world. Companies do it
all the time. DM has done a good job of moving forward on existing cash
reserves as well as revenues. Now it's time to reap the rewards and I
suspect DM ( and DM shareholders ) will be quite happy in the not too
distant future. Word is getting out. Let the good times roll!!!

DM currently possesses a cash reserve of approximately 3 million , which suggests that there's no imminent cause for worry. In my opinion, the real concern might arise if the financial results for Q3 is hugely dissapointing. Having AGPT as an option could facilitate securing financing if necessary, although I remain hopeful that such a scenario won't be necessary. I'm eager to observe

We need financing for the TSX uplist. That's been stated several times.

...and just recently stated in Discord the the TMX uplifting request has been put on hold... so there is no immediate need to finance for the uplisting at this time... hopefully the SP will be North of $1 before that is considered to reduce dilution...ALL IMO...DYODD...
