Lots of shares available under 8 for months...yet they chose to pay a large premium?

Buying on the open market at a lower price shows smart business acumen and makes a statement of confidence at the same time and you can accumulate more shares for the same expenditure....think it's called smart money.....or something like that.

So I guess buying higher than needed is the new thing now eh.....nah going with the most likely....they need cash....my hope is this small bridge financing is the one and only for.....EVER.

Thats your thought on it but i think otherwise.  Marshall said that they would need to raise money and this way the insiders are footing the bill and putting their own skin in the game. It shows confidence in what they have. Yes they could just buy in the marketplace like everyone else but that would not help the finances of the company in the same manner. So what they have done is killing

Wow. Have any of those things actually happened? That post seems like it could be posted for any small cap company as fear mongering. If the 95% figure is real, I just don't think it's any way to live life to say that you have to be in the bottom 95% based on what, that you're on a certain stock exchange? Statistics are good on the aggregate, but I just don't see anything in that
