I agree nothing new here ..EXCEPT..Why,  of all the devious companies on this exchange,  did they decide to start here?  Maybe it was because they new they would get cooperation! Also they do need to get the S.P. up to a buck. It's not magic, It's just landing big appropriate contracts. It's not a crackdown on companies.  As I explained in my last post, DM is looking to spinout one of their verticals and graduate to the TSX at some point.  The company needs to get permission to do these things from the OSC and meet exchange requirements.  It's not uncommon for venture companies to have financial mistakes as they lack the resources of the bigger companies. & ...more
