For those that condone the Q2 misleading news release this does not apply to you.

For those that do care how things are communicted financially and how it makes the company look professionally wise this is for you.

All I did was take a screen shot of the news release and of what SEDAR was showing and sent them off to complianceservices@tmx.com

I gave a small description of what my concerns were.

Swynt124888 are you saying that you are the one who flagged and complained about DM and as a result the OSC intervened?

Just saw your post steveg1708 I put in a complaint to the regulators regarding what I thought was a misleading Q2 report. I do not know if they acted on it or not but if they did.....good....things need to change but I speak the obvious. I'm sure the pumpcord tomorrow will fix everything up....always does.
