I hope not I need much more than pennies to acheive my goals. The buyouts i have been involved with were between 30 % and 100 % premium thats like 8 cents to 10 cents

I agree.. I think the bulk of shares held in DM are longs who would not tender their shares easily. I might consider shares in the new Company or a mix of cash/shares should it ever come to that. But nobody is getting my shares for a premium pittance. I want DM to either go it alone or partner with someone. I lean toward partnership. If anything they are getting organized for the spin out of the health care division. That way it will be easier to manage the different verticals. I think that will bring benefits for shareholders and the company with the benefit of not juggling too many balls at the same time and allowing the different skill levels needed for each division by management and the team members to flourish.
