Hey if DM used their technology to expose the perceived corruption going behind the scenes on the venture even for just their own stock it would hit the news like gang busters and be huge free advertising. Not to mention we would then be left alone for a while and the SP could normalize.

Wow , take off the rose colored glasses , the company does have a great product but can not get it out to the public and contracts signed , this is the reason this trades at .045 , they are now running into a shortage of funds , JMHO .

Some one posted a while back that the fair market value was .12 cents. dont know how accurate that is but its a far cry from .045

Ya sure , those fair market values are never correct , I am not saying there isn't people wanting this lower and playing with the bid and asks but that is how the market works, the biggest manipulators is the shorters, but that's usually only on stocks with way higher market caps , I feel the company is scrambling right now on how are they gonna raise funds, I honestly can't believe

I don't doubt cash is tight for DM right now while they are signing up new business. There might be enough cash flow from all divisions to sustain them for now but if not, I would expect a PP. I'd hate to see a RS, they are usually the kiss of death in my experience and I don't think DM will go that way. Can't see how it would help anything. It is all about selling. DM needs to

I hate RS as much as you but they would be able to do a PP at a much higher price and regards to the other poster about the theory of people not letting the company get onto the TSX , I do not buy into those theories , you seem to be trying to convince yourself that the reason for the poor share price has nothing to do with how poorly the company has been on bringing in revenue  [ performance

Marshall said the reason they chose to not uplist was because the tsx wanted a 10 million dollar financing done and he chose to not dilute....take that with a grain of salt though.....also yes there are other criteria that we simply don't comply with.

Tell me how it is disinformation , this is what alot of these microcaps do they do a reverse split and then do a financing at a higher price , I am not saying in anyway shape or form that this is what DM will do.

AGPT has proved the corruption on the Venture exchange. Case in point: Marshall Gunter 694,000 shares SOLD into the public at $0.085 on September 14th 2023, right when the launch of AGPT was being hyped... how fortuitous for Marshall!

He sold shares to exercise options obviously,  better to put the money into the company .
