Selling ev division to a company with no money.  Stock buy in at .05 for insiders.  Who is going to buy into that?  Little to no interest in AnalyticsGPT in North America. Presumably health division is making money, but how much?  And on top of that you get sadistic people cheering on the collapse of the sp.  And still very vague information from DM.

Stock buy in at .05 for insiders.........I gues at the time it was a good buy in.....now...not so much. BUT it's going to get interesting in the next week!!! I still believe we can pull this out of the dumpster...they have good product and services...it just has to be presentedin a cleaner manner. We need more clarity as to what is REALLY GOING ON!!!

I sure hope you are right.   Financials next week and not expecting good news now.  It is going to take a lot to turn this around.  Probably won't even get coal in the xmas stocking.

bentley, bad luck can happen to any company but when you buy this EV business for 10 million and tell everyone what a good deal we made and then sell it 1 year for $3,500,000, i would that someone in the company did not do there DD, i didn't like the deal

You got me thinking a lot about this. Who in their right mind would buy a company for 10 mill and sell it 1 year later for a 65% loss? Nobody. However, what if this was all a big scheme to transfer money out of Datametrex and into someone else's pocket. I'm starting to feel like all these losses / writedowns over the past year were planned as a way to launder the roughly $80 million

What are you talking about? They sold DM EVS which would have nothing to do with Kim, he is head of Defense Business which should be purely Nexa / AI business

Not even 3,750,000.00 that they stated. Graph blockchain sh/price not even.05 cents. They were .015 cents at time of NR. Also in the news release it states upto 3 million if certain thresholds are met? We all know what that means.
