Another red flags for me is the name change as per the notice of December meeting. I bet they will announce the name change to better reflect the business. Which means to me we have now exhausted and burnt  every possible investors under the Datametrex name we will now change name  to repeat, wash, rinse,wash, rinse again. So red flags again and I have been investing in penny stocks for over 20 years and made money in some companies and lost money in some others. Datametrex is manipulated, through various companies like glbc and the health company that makes deal with SK private distribution companies the management  last name Park is in two of the companies. Contracts that cannot be verified properly, company like bitnine that shows up once in a while and deals that are to trace and a lot more. So it will take me a while to get rid of my shares but I sure will. This is how I show my disrespect for poor management. I sell my shares and never come back. You can call me a basher now but I bought into this business believing they had  good technology, honestly they have absolutely nothing but snake oil. This is simply the modern version of a trade fair act that happened in the 1930's. We buy in believing it will work. Smoking mirrors that's all and Red Flags. I made a mistake in investing in this company. OOPPS!! Let me re-phrase my last sentence. I made a mistake in investing in this modern circus act!!

My red flags started way back when Marshall valued MEDI which was totally unknown or proven at 12 million....then a double red flag when he valued EVARS which was formed just 1 month before his 10 million valuation. Hey Swyint. Wasn't there also some king of fishy deal with Screen pro where MG sold assets (part of the medical business I think) in return for their stock? Their stock was trading at something like $0.02 and MG valued it at $0.05 when taking payment with some kind of excuse for why it could not be valued for for the true market price?

And prior to that they spent big bucks on crypto mining equipment, they found it was junk and sold it off for pennies.  On and on it goes.

Here here. The writing is splattered all over this decaying wall. Everyone used to slam Ryu as a corrupt manipulative individual and it appears rightfully so.
