Oden, this is a fantastic and much needed post. After that horrific discord recently, it seemed the rug was pulled out from underneath us. But for me anyway, seeing this article is very encouraging - clearly it wasn't like our management was dooped by a pie in the sky idea with EVAR. Blink bought it too, and it seems to be a great idea. We just didn't have the funds or expertise to carry

Just another reason Marshall really needs to step down....he diluted 66 million shares on something he "thought" he could do....this is our money he's playing with not his. So for over a year we spent 2.5 million on chargers ( assuming we paid for them) and to this day not one dollar of reported revenues......step down Marshall....you've earned it.

I think it's good that they tried. They failed in one part, but are surviving. It just didn't turn out to be the get rich quick that we wanted.  I don't think he has earned stepping down. He owes us transparency. Anyway, I wanted to start a list of questions to facilitate this transparency. If you have legit questions, I would appreciate you adding specifically to this list

Agreed 100% on all of these grievances, especially the AGPT related ones personally, all the points you raised are accurate and deserve answers. Nice to see a post highlighting these issues without going on a personal attack of MG or any BoD members, this forum has been missing posts like these.

All those questions along with just a few months ago him putting out a NR they were considering dumping the health unit then do an about face and dump EV...he didn't know which vertical to dump....scary stuff.....you also forgot the 60 million shares he diluted on MEDI which to this day we have no clue how much revenue it has brought in, hopefully it hasn't turned into a EV type of

I personally said on this board I didn't believe in any of his verticles except for possibly the AI, which I admitted I didn't know enough about.  I recall hearing how EV was the way of the future, didn't know what I was talking about etc etc..... and here we are. Don't see those EV guys prancing like peacocks any more.

...and what's been happening with the $40M contract for which they received $2+M for 3-month Phase 1 (Mar '22), after which they completed Phase 2 12 months later (early Apr '23) but we never heard of income but were told they had started Phase 3 in Jun '23. And now they effectively say that they're out of cash?

Point is, with EVAR and DMEVS, there is, and was, nothing going on. End of story.
