Health in line but again AI disappointing. 1.1 million left with 600,000 of that in cash Certainly not the reason for 25 million shares imo. They burned 2.4 million in 3 months or 800,000 per month average.....technically we should be out of cash by now....the re birth or funeral is soon by the looks of it to me.

Why has DM not issued news  release re  Financials or posted it on their website???? I wonder why . if current liabilities exceeds current assets it raises liquidity problems . i also wonder if there is a note re liablility for legal action. Terrible way todealwith shareholders. How did company deal with goodwill and intangibles  on balance sheet.   Is book value less

Here's your inquiry about the legal action: 14 Contingency A former employee of the Company filed a claim for wrongful dismissal seeking damages aggregating $135,000. The Company filed a defence and counterclaim denying the claim and counterclaiming for certain losses incurred by the Company.
