When is the AGM?

I didn't get a notice of the AGM in the mail. When, where, & what time is it scheduled? If someone could post this info in the comments it would be appreciated.

Just read the past posts at this board. Someone posted the date (12/14/2023)  and location (Toronto). I would appreciate if you and others would go there to keep DM management responsible for what they are doing. I live to far away from there.
