in news release re sale of DM Marshall states:

This deal not only benefits our shareholders but also promises continued success and advancement in the electric industry under Graph stewardship.

My comments under news release and what comments do others have>????

1. Benefits our shareholders???

2.PROMISES CONTINUED SUCCESS-AND ADVANCEMENT-What success is Marshall talking about.?  We lost approx 10 million in EV.   Continued success.??????????????

3. advancement under Graph stewardship?//  Paul Haber is Chairman and Chief exec officer of Block and DM.  Is this not same stewardship.?

Nothing management of DM does nothing to benefits the shareholders of this company is what you should have said. Maybe you should send a message to MG as well about how negatively he's affected the share price.

Well there is reason for that very optimistic forward looking statement. When MG made the statement that Paul's expertise was going to REALLY benefit DM and the shareholders. Well obviously MG realizes he was wrong. But this time is much different because this time MG is REALLY REALLY REALLY sure that Pauls expertise will benefit not only GBLC but also all us shareholders here at DM. So as you

DM has shares in GBLC. Talk about a write-down. There is literally less than a 0.005% chance anything comes of that company. It's a shell company used to pay "certain employees and director's", and that is it. Throw in some legal money laundering and guess what retailers are left with?
