Kensin, i'm just putting it out there, now if you want facts look for them, everything you ridiculed me for in the past came true, the last one being.... that EV's are a fraud and that MG should sell the business while he can still make something, open your eyes man and start finding the facts
Comment by Forge24 on Dec 08, 2023 5:30pm
EVs are a fraud because one Canadian junior tech company overextended itself and sold a charging business it delved into for about a year at a loss to a sister company? L O L

Forge, when will you learn, i'll help you, EV's will never catch on why should they, the only EV company that will succeed will be Tesla because the rich like there toys
Comment by Forge24 on Dec 08, 2023 8:43pm
Hate to break it to you, but EVs made up 18% of new car sales this year globally, they have already caught on.
Comment by Rabiger1289 on Dec 08, 2023 10:06pm
EV' sales have risen because of enormous govt. subsities, these will go away, they are unrealistic, sorry to burst your bubble, please follow the news. EV sales in US is very small and that's with all this govt. money, Ford and GM lost billions

EV's....they are having problems. Report came out that a lot of the companies are having problems, as in 1st generation problems. There may be a future with EV's but they are running into past production problems. Too quick off the line and now biting them

Ford on Monday reported selling 145,559 vehicles last month, down from 146,364 in November 2022. Sales of EVs were up 43% to almost 9,000 vehicles with Ford No. 2 behind Tesla Inc. Hybrid vehicle sales, meanwhile, rose 75%. The record high EV sales come as the Dearborn automaker is pulling back its EV investments. Ford has cut $12 billion in planned expenditures, including nearly halving the ...more

Ford probably realized that Toyota has built a superior battery with over 100 patents. Solid state batteries will be the go to batteries until the next breakthrough technology is developed. Thats my guess.

Yep agreed there, and there's a reason Ford gave up on making cars entirely.
Comment by frewil11 on Dec 09, 2023 3:40pm
Lol, Ford didn't give up making EV's entirely.
Comment by Forge24 on Dec 09, 2023 5:03pm
I said they gave up on making cars, not EVs.
Comment by frewil11 on Dec 09, 2023 7:32pm
EV's are cars , not sure what your saying , but ya if you want to justify that they did the right thing by getting rid of the charging stations that the whole EV sector is going to die  then great move by the company  , lol , I always thought the stations were a big joke and a huge waste of money , I am still trying to figure out how the company has enough money to get them through ...more

While they are under investigation I can't image Marshall would state they had enough to operate for the next 12 months without backing it up...he even put it in the financial report and not some pumpcord. Clearly we can't believe a word he says but I just can't see him being stupid enough to put that comment in print. 12 or so million a year keeps the lights on but no stock price ...more

While you may very well be correct, whitenorth, the bigger issue is it's happening in every sector  connected to this industry from mining lithium and other battery related setbacks to inflation/interest rates and thus consumer demand. https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/more-alarm-bells-sound-slowing-demand-electric-vehicles-2023-10-25/ Speaking of the discussion ...more

Don't forget to mention about the rest of it. Stupid decisions and shady decisions and OMG who in their right mind does a share buy back of a revenue bleeding micro cap company. Only complete business morons would put themselves and their shareholders in such a mess after making stupid purchases one after another like drunken sailors who just got paid before leaving ship on shore leave.   ...more
