The company is pleased to announce results of company's successful normal issuer bid 34,789,603 shares at .10  cents.

3.5 million of company funds gone and company's successful NIB.

I gagged on that as well. I always thought the share buybacks would have minimal, if any effect other than draining cash from the Company. Nobody cared about the buybacks. And few even knew. But that's water under the bridge. Going forward I just hope DM realizes that cash flow is paramount to rebuilding DM. Stop giving away DM tech and services and start invoicing. That's how it works. The NCIB did one thing. Transferred cash to the pockets of large shareholders, be it ex-employees. Nothing more.

Apparently you and the two people who gave you a thumbs up have no idea how an NCIB works. The company uses its own money to buy back shares on the open market. Whether it was a good idea to use profits in this way is a whole other question. The answer to that question is a resounding, NO.

Apparently Smoky1958 doesn't understand how ex-employees and ex-directors sell their shares after they leave the company. Last time I checked, once someone leaves the company they don't have to report buys or sells. Therefore, if an ex-employee or ex-director has a pile to get rid of they would require liquidity.
