What Should I Do

Took a while but I finally found the original discord transcript where I feel Marshall "suggested" to get in the stock...was at 19 at the time.

If I turned this in to the regulators and they agree with my assessment it could mean serious trouble for Marshall as he sold shares in the public market at a much lower price....to me that's troublesome.

Now that he is no longer part of the company I'll probably let it go....not sure what to do.

As for Park.....just do your rollback and name change and get it over with....free advice....don't be a CEO on a low budget lawless exchange....be a Man instead.

Definitely give the information to regulators. I don't believe it would affect the current status of the company. Would regulatiorsndo something about it? Worth a shot. Never let anyone scam you and get away with it.

RYU is the individual that has total control. In my opinion it is his money and that of outside cash angels that allows these ongoing starts and stops that put money in their pockets. The trick is to realize this, wait for them to run up one of their plays and cash in. They are nothing if not predictable. Is that the one when the stock price was around low .20 cent range and he said " the stock is cheap and get in now because it's not going to be this cheap for long. So get in now"?

Yep, and if regulators look at some ex insider, and friend/family market sells, I bet 2 and 2 equal 4. We can also blame the OSC, BSC, and IIROC for not protecting retail investors. One day all this unjust goes down in flames.
