2023 revs and cash and expenses. Revs on pace for 7 to 8 million  Cash pretty much gone Expenses on pace for 12 to 13 million. Investments in NEWS and VTAL worth 200,000 maybe. AI in a huge drought and EV gone....health not even close to enough...expenses need to be cut in half almost...things are as bad as it can get....the next step is to close shop or restructure completely and start all

I agree with you Tulsa. I feel/think that right now they are busy restructuring the whole company top to bottom and once everything is in place they will present their new plans. New year, new company. So I highly doubt there will be news today or even next week. If you're on this board and you honestly feel the end is near, sell your stock and move on. I don't think it is the end either. Looking at it as a new start hopefully. I just can't see DM folding it's tent after all the work and history over the past 10 or so years. And restructure to me means roll back and get 1 new share for every 10 held and a new name to distance us from the name Datametrex. I'm actually quite surprised the lights are still on...must have got some payments in Q4 other than the 375,000 they already stated is my guess.

So yes Swyint that may all happen and from your roll back comment I think it is safe to assume that you are holding shares. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that inspit of all the negatives, you are still holding them because you feel that down the raod the SP will be worth more than it is now. DP
