Why Nexalogy website is down?

Does anyone have an idea why the Nexalogy website has been down for weeks? One of her long-term employees (Akiva) is also now working as a freelancer. Did Datametrex disband Nexalogy? In my opinion, that wouldn't make any sense at all, because Nexalogy in Canada has always been the essential, decisive and best company. Nexalogy has the best programmers and has always worked for the government with its team. So, does anyone have any info on why Nexalogy isn't available?
