Haber's $2.25 TRILLION PURCHASE An error? or something sus?

Please someone who is more knowledgable than me help me understand this:

 

Check out todays SEDAR filings:

Haber opened a new initial Balance (which is weird because i thought he already had shares in the company)

He vested in 3 million shares from the RSU - then immediatly reduced it by half to 1.5million shares

One minute later he filed a purchase of 1.5million common shares at a value of 2.25 TRILLION ??? Yet no correction.

This same purchase of common shares purchased at a value in the trillions happend years ago with a previous member of the board; I havent been able to find an explination to that yet either. 

Lastly- Park vested another 10 million Shares from the RSU even though they stated they would only be able to vest 50% of 22million and he already best 4.5million yesterday? Or is this 10 million what he plans to vest in april?

Don't know if that helps. I do not understand the Rights and the Granting, etc. so I am of no help.

Not sure where you're getting this number from??? According to Canadian Insider it looks like he received 3 million RSUs (green). As he could, based on the NR, it looks like he divested himself of 50% of those (red). I'm not sure because 1. the time on the dates of these filings is never given so they can be challenging to order chronologically and 2. If he did divest himself of 1.5

I used to use Sedar on a regular basis but then some tech wiz "bas....zed" the whole system so I don't go there anymore.
