Is Nexalogy dead?

Come on, Nexalogy website is down since more than six weeks!!
CTO Maxime Martineau is not listed as DM team member anymore.
Marshall, hwo also was CTO of Nexalogy in the past, is also gone.
I'm afraid of Nexalogy is dead.
If that's the case DM Canada has no Ai tech team anymore!
And if that would be the case, it would be easy for CEO Park to explain why Nexalogy isn't available anymore.
But as Nexalogy is dead, it is very difficult for CEO Park to explain it.

Just a personal Ai horror vision. I hope it's just a nightmare.

And don't forget everything what DM delivered was made by Nexalogy tech team. NexaMe NexaIntelligence NexaSecurity NexaSMART AGPT DMEVS App Medi-Call App This means without Nexalogy I don't see a bright Ai future for DM anymore - at least in Canada. Any other ideas. Hopefully some more postive ideas about DM Ai future.

Aiking, I bet that Nexalogy subsiduary has been folded into Datametrex AI as a cost savings stratagy. We may get clarity when a comprehensive review by the CEO is released. It may be the reason for the request to shareholders to approve a name change. Is there a chance that Nexology and it's named software has become the property of The Canadian Government? Seems suspicious?! JMHO

Since thet would be a "material change" to the company and would need to be released through an LOI at minimum this is not what has happened to Nexalogy. Also CIRO has DM on a short leash so not reporting a material change to the company would get DM in some hot water.

That is true they did get a spanking recently. It still troubles me that their leading software suite would just go away? It's not like AI is a threat DM has front row access. Something stinks like garbage day on New York streets. JMHO
