Great news!

Today's news is very positive for all long-term investors!
Since December there had always been uncertainty as to whether DM would make an RS. Now it is clear that there will be no RS in the foreseeable future. And if there is to be one, then it will have to be decided with a 2/3 majority. It is also very good news for new investors. Because anyone who buys new shares now can be sure that they will not simply be tenthed. The message is a security message. I am very happy that CEO Park communicated this!

Yup it's fantastic.  Nothing like having a .02 stock with over 400m shares aoutstanding.  Nothing but positive, for sure!

This news release should have been released before the announcment of the PP that was to have closed on Feb 15th. Perhaps then there may have been subscribers to it. I would wager that there soon will be an afterhours news release stating that the PP has been extended now that there is clarity for wouldbe investors.
