"The Shares disposed of pursuant to the Disposition were sold for investment purposes. The remaining Shares owned by the Company are held for investment purposes." Could this be any more vague?  What did DM invest in?  Selling NEWS shares for an investment... holding shares for an investment... Some clarity would be appreciated... so far Park isn't doing any better than ...more

And he doesn't appear to be any less shady. Gepato was never known to have created a brother for Pinocchio BUT maybe he was a hidden lil secret till now. This company sure is like a Sonny and Cher classic. And The Beat Goes On.

Agreed. I was hopeful that Park would try a little harder to establish trust with shareholders and leave the old way in the past. Yet, he continues with vague news releases.
