And now they are buying them at $0.015. with over 500 million+ shares to be on the books the stock price is almost down to fair value to revenues.

The only way they're buying them is if someone is willing to sell them. Quite frankly the same thing happened at $.02. Presumably the investors who bought at $.02 don't want to sell them for less ...and so on and so on.
