I know the previous news release said end of June for the annual report.....I also know wild west exchange stocks have 120 days so that's end of July.....2 things here.....the news release where they say end of June is wrong which is believable considering who we're talking about here.....or because they changed their year end they only get 90 days and not the normal 120.....I know for a

The Razmot - Please  read  DM's  news  release of  Feb 8 2024 re  Continuous Disclosure Obligation 51 -102. DM own words   says specifically  states late due CDO. By DM  own  words late   june 2024  to meet 51 -102  continuous Disclosure Obligation. It  is not 90 or 120 days for SEC.

Being under SEC  watch for  three  years DM was requested to include analysis of companiess liquidity in its MD  & A comments. with  filed  audited financials.. It  may  be  such  that DM was  not able to meet liquidity
