Legal?

I've been thinking about asking this one for some time now. I haven't entertained because I've want to leave the company's finances alone if possible. But it's become clear that's a fool's errand. Does anybody else think we have a legal leg to stand on to bring a lawsuit against these guys?

I don't believe they ever had an analytics GPT product.

I thought before that they just got outpaced by chatGPT - just bad timing. But the more I use chatGPT, the more I think if they really had something as accurate as they said, there would have been some market for it. Just think they lied. Never demoed any of it - crazy.

They've probably emptied the coffers, so not much to go after, but that aside does anybody else feel how I do?

Absolutely there were deceptive intentions from this gang of deceivers. But this exchange condones this kind of strategy as long as it keeps a company from trading on this nasty exchange. I would love to see some accountability. But won't happen unfortunately

I'm doing all I can to have them shut down....haven't got a response from the CSE yet....will be following up tomorrow and every week thereafter.....will continue following up with the OSC as well.....I will stop my pursuit to have them closed down when I see real action on some claims they have made....a non existent game to my knowledge as an example....

That's an interesting strategy from a stakeholder, swiynt??? Do you actually own shares?  A better strategy, for those currently invested in the company would be to FILL the company email with questions, concerns and expectations. Doing everything one can to "shut them down..." seems a little counter intuitive to getting some or all of your investment back.  Based on ...more

Send them an email and ask specific questions about GPT product etc and see if you get a response...or even try calling them and see what type of reaction you receive.....then do it thru legal channels if you think you would succeed !!

Bentley You are out in left field on this question.  Legal challenges may succeed but may be waste of time for a company which may have to file for bankruptcy.   It is the absolute responsibility of DM to inform its  shareholders about  the status  about GPT product which DM  issued a news release . The Ontario  Commission put DM on 5 year watch for the exact ...more

Interesting regarding that. I have called DM many times over the past year or so, many of the calls unanswered. For those which were answered: 1) When Marshall was at the helm and Park under him, I talked to Park directly albeit briefly. He told me I had the wrong number and that I had called a "paper factory". I got a hold of Marshall shortly after that, telling him about the incident ...more
