July 3 First  Tranch of 1.5 million Private Placement   645 gross  proceeds

july 30 Second Tranch                                                       354

Total cash estimated on hand                                        1,270

 

Cash used??? for 5  months April to Aug 31               1 million ?????

 

Final  extension Deadline Aug 29 to complete 1.5 million is  500,000 at .02

 

If  PP does not get 500,000 final  per deadline at .02, what happens?

So the question remains do you dumo now or hold on and see what the financials bring. Legally I believe the company has no obligation to release information about its business unless it is negative. DM can be holding back on releasing positive info if it feels that it will not help them at that time. It's a game......if the inside investors are not selling then maybe the stock price declining
