Hello Datametrex is under watch by the OSC for a 3 year period, file # SN 51 - 711.
I have a second complaint to file which IMO are misrepresentations of what the company has to offer.
In the latest NR (Aug 20 2024) this is what's stated in the "About Datametrex" section

The Company excels in delivering tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and business outcomes. With a commitment to innovation, Datametrex is dedicated to supporting enterprises by setting a new standard for business protocols through cutting-edge technology.
First Mobile Gaming.
As an investor there is no game available to my knowledge. There is no link to see or play the game given by the company that I can find, I think you'll have the same results.
As for the other topics they claim to be a LEADER in this is what their latest MD&A says about it.
Impairment of intangible assets and goodwill of $10,575,450 (twelve months ended December 31, 2022:
$6,745,317) due to the Company completely writing down the trademarks, developed technologies, other intangible
assets and goodwill of Nexalogy and Medi-Call operations due to a combination of not generating expected
revenues and management shifting focus to other business ventures.
Maybe I'm wrong or maybe I'm right this is for you to decide but I feel a company under watch by the OSC should have to be way more accurate in their representation.
