This was one of the biggest red flags ever....12 million value slapped on absolutely nothing at the time and looks like in the end it was still nothing. I think  the acquisition of MediCal and EV solutions was how the management funneled money from covid sales out of DM. They grossly overpaid for these 2 businesses. Or the other scenario is that the management team is completely incompetent!

I go with the second scenario. I can't explain why they did what they did and how they did it other then gross incompetence with a unfortunate delusional thoughts that they were much brighter then they are.
