DM has  not  issued  news to  date or posted on website  financial  status and M &A but  filed with sedar. as  required.
Financial status for quarter june30 filed  on sedar.com

The financial  status as of March 31 2024 15  months  period was filed on sed.com reported by board member to show

Cash onhand 324,000

Current liabilities    7,464,566 minus legal of 1,875,000 for $5,589,566 without  legal.

PP raised $ 1,521,904 in August.

Question   As at june 30 What re the figures. re Current liabilities???

i  am retired individual who does not know how to access sedar. and are computer illeterate. It  is my view that DM should  provide shareholders of  financial status by news release as it is the most important aspect affecting DM today.  You unfortunately do not  share this important issue. Thanks  for  advice re  sedar  search which I am  unable  to understand and  do..   I will just leave  comments on March 31 financials  status showing  cash  on hand 324,000 and current  liabilities of $ 7,464,566 and  wait for DM  to release news of   current financials.
