My voting package just arrived in the mail today. IMHO it is your right, and some might argue responsibility, to become engaged in having input into how your (our) hard earned cash is managed.

Message sent. Votes my 900k shares against consolidation, inventive plan ans change to BC! They need to come clean and explain what happen with the AI division!  Me think that when MG was dismissed the entire Nexalogy gang just left with him and so did the Ai business.  Bad move to put an ex-CTO in charge and even worst to let him leave... Before selling more shares to finance

Did the same with my approx 250,000 shares, and have theorized the same regarding Nexalogy and MG etc. Something about the WSR fiasco stinks BAD especially seeing him now pumping Haber's New World Solutions on Yahoo after a campaign of sewering MG and DM as a whole. (Haber was not only on the board, but CHAIR of DM that whole time) and now he is working with the so called WSR who claims to
