Did DM  file required information by OSC for quarter ended Sept 30? and six months ended Sept30 re revised March 31 YE

If not filed is Dm in violation of deadline for filing quarterly report.   It is nowover 90day period ended  Dec31 2024.and deadline passed?

If DMhas filed Q2 what is the M &A comments and how much cash is there to meet exchange listing requirements?

If DM filed Sept30 Q2 it should give answers ??????????????????????????????

There is nothing to suggest DM was required to continue filing a special report with the OSC. The last report they filed was in November of 2023.

Smokey1958  Are you not aware of Continuous Disclosure Obligation Notice by  OSC N1-51-102. DM has been placed under security watch for period of three years.  Notice issued Nov 2023.

They have been put on a list because of the request to refile.  "As a result of the refiling of the MD & A, the Company will be placed on the public list of Refiling and Errors in accordance with SN 51-711 for a period of three years from the date of filing." There is nothing in the instrument to suggest they have to continually fill out forms as a consequence.
