I did spend some time looking into this. Easy to pass on. It's in a tough juristiction (Tanzania Africa), way to many shares outstanding (500 million) and very under-capitazized. The CEO is a promoter , not a geologist or engineer. However the stock is cheap. Better to put more money into DME, I think your investment would be way safer. You were right in your assessment of Helium One but you didn't need to throw Tanzania under the bus as well.  I wouldn't call Tanzania a tough place to mine. They have had their issues with mining companies ripping them off (Barrick) and eventually they forked over the money quickly. The former President was instrumental with prosperity in the country. I found DME after investing in He1 first, so I have a little different perspective. CEO is solid guy,  moved whole family to Tanzania for 4 months just to mthe project forward. Not a promoter who flies in once in awhile anyway.  They seem to have pretty solid local support including high level people in various agencies. Mitchell Drilling is doing the He1 wells.  50 years of experience around the world - 115 rigs - using a bigger rig than originally contracted (at no extra charge) so they can do bigger well bore (6 3/4" cores) and do all appraisal work.  Confirmed that they are taking 50 percent of their charge in shares. Excellent and balanced post Margin 321. Always good to do some research and find out what things are about rather than just dismiss them out of hand. If you like the Helium narrative then you should look at all the players in the field. The field is tiny so comparitives relatively easy.
