The $30 Is The Today Price, Not the Future Price!

I think the first time anyone one of listened to that interview, we were all pretty happy with the $30 per share sale price. I know I was. That could be based on a price at the moment (and probably even now). I am sure if and when there is an offer for the company  the sale price  will be based on how far along the project has been developed. Everytime a well is completed and production increases, tthe sale price will go up. I believe Robert Rorhling in plenty sharp and will always operate in the stockholders best interest. He will not leave much money on the table.

first let me say I am a dme stock holder.  But gentlemen let's be realistic.  There will be a minimum 15% fail rate on well drilling.  We've been fortunate so far   Secondly not all wells will produce at even near the numbers that are being thrown around.  It's fun to speculate but remember also the millions of warrants coming at $3.50.  I also have hopes ...more

I think you may be missing the big picture here. This stock is up approximately 45X since the begining of 2020. (10 cents to $4,50). Five years ago Silvercrest was a 10 cent stock, now it is around $9. Rarely does an exploration company end up being the production company of a scarce and valuable resource. There are 10.65 million warrants the will soon be converted to stock. Yes this is somewhat ...more

I agree that the share prices mentioned are fantastical and wildly unlikely. But they're based on at least vaguely reasonable assumptions (using the best data available). To answer your points: 1) "There will be a minimum 15% fail rate on well drilling."  FilPro mentions figures for 60 wells and 70 wells. Use the 60 wells figure ($250/share) if you want to factor in a 15 ...more

I appreciate and always want critique of any analysis I provide. I was also a bit stunned at the conclusion when I updated my idea of where the long term stock price could be in several years with 50 to 55 wells in production at $275mcf (i.e. DEC 2020 estimate of long term SP was $37 to $40...not too far off what Robert mentioned). The only variables that changed in my analysis were increasing ...more

Why do you think DME is only drilling 10-12 wells per year? They could easily add another rig and drill out the project in half the time.

You have to crawl before you walk. They probably will drill holes faster sometime in the furture. First they had to get to the $3.50 a share etrike price so they get the money to drill more holes. I heard Robert on a podcast where he said the share/warrant deal was oversubscribed by $38 million. They passed on thet money so as not to dilute the shareholders. The entire process is moving a lot ...more
