Warrant trigger
Keep in mind that the company has the right to trigger the $2 warrants but they may choose not to do this at this time. If they don't need cash at this time why trigger them, wait until the new wells are completed. If the results are positive certainly the stock price will move higher and increased volume which would put less downward pressure on the stock price of warrant holders want to sell. Certainly long on DME! They have cash and more importantly Helium!

True. Main thing is they have the option now.

They had almost $14,000,000 in cash at the start of the year.

Didn't Robert say (in a few recent interviews) that his goal was to get the SP over $3.50 so that the company could accelerate those warrants? So you are right that they don't HAVE to but they said that was something they wanted to last month so i would suspect they will. I could be wrong though.

Last week I was told by the company that the warrants would be forced if the stock remained above $3.50 for the ten day period. So I don't think they're going to hand around. And remember--there's no middle-man, advisory costs, market-maker etc in the triggering of the warrants. All the cash is simply funneled straight into DME's bank account.

Clear sailing now with no bureaucracy. The asset value will build add a huge compounding rate like never before.
