In the Last Year Management has Grabbed 4 million Options

In the last year Managment has completed no wells, but has issued themselves around 4 million options. This would be fine if they were moving the project forward, but what have they accomplished in the last year?  They certainly aren't communicating anything . Soon this lack of results will show up in the stock price and that will not be good any of us.Kellie Ward was given 600,000 options to join the board (and I assume work with the state and get the well # 3 problems worked out,)  Based on the news flow most of her time is spend on over turning the Presidential election in AZ. We need to be brought up to speed on everything. I believe it's call transparency.

Well 3 is before the courts. No board member can help with that. At least I'd hope not!

My overriding feeling is that there is no dishonesty here, but a disconnect--Rohlfing is an engineer, and as such he'd prefer not to communicate news to shareholders until he has certainty. However, he has an obligation to report the cause of delays and such like, even if he considers them run of the mill. After all, a few months ago DME were claiming that they would start drilling well 4 in ...more

This, alone, ought to tell anyone in no uncertain terms that news has, indeed, "leaked" and that "something" has gone horribly wrong.

In my experience the traded share volume combined with the price movement is the tell. Share volume today is still very low (there's still 45 mins still to go admittedly)
Comment by GoldenArm on Jun 11, 2021 3:19pm
Volume doesn't suggest that there is a leak of bad news. As a business owner you don't want to say there is a problem unless it is one that can't be fixed. I would work hard to get things back on schedule and I think RR is doing just that. Wells 1 and 2 are absolutely tier 1 assets and you could be doing lots with them including making money. If we are speculating maybe he's ...more

I wonder what goofy statement you'll make when the stock crosses $10.
Comment by Biloxibuzz on Jun 13, 2021 12:12am
When this stock crosses the $10 mark, I will be very happy . I have over 75,000 shares. The purpose of my post was to make sure that management keeps an eye on the prize and does it with transparency. They are getting paid very well and their responsibility is to stockholders

Still no news?
Comment by TiredofWating on Jun 14, 2021 9:28am
As mentioned, I was expecting news before the open on Monday.    Disappointed that there hasnt been an update on the status of drilling.

No shock to see the share price falling. This whole episode is very disrespectful of shareholders.
Comment by FutureFortune on Jun 14, 2021 12:06pm
From covid and the challenging times all drill results have been way delays from unexpected delays, if you don't have faith over the amazing results in the past then your bear a$$ should probably get into a different investment.......... I hear stamp collecting is a real winner
Comment by Bertie20 on Jun 14, 2021 12:18pm
Stop being a nob, future fortune. This delay is a material event--not only because the timelines the company has set out in the past will need to change, but also because the well is now going to be costing double, or even triple, original estimations (given that rigs are on a day rate etc). Companies are required to report to the maket because of material events. Perhaps you're confusing ...more

Royal helium corporation Wells cost 1.2 million. Even with this increase in the cost of grilling They had cut the cost of drilling from 680thousand to 425,000 to 475,000. If you double it it's still at least $300,000 less than Royal helium corporation. The only average .65% helium. We have 4% to 7% so far. And that's with testing only one out of the 4 to 5 zones. This well is worth at ...more

We do expect delays.  In the previous posts we said that being nearly two weeks past their original 10 day timeline was not uncommon.  What is unusual is for a company to not inform the market and shareholders of material changes to their program.  Specifically, what is the cause of the delay?  Based on that info, I may choose to buy more or take up stamp collecting.  ...more
