Where is the Execution???

On jan 21, 2021 at the annual shareholder meeting, RR did a presentation. I reviewed it yesterday and he gave a timeline for the year. We are now 14 days before the end of Q2. Some of the items that he addressed were goals for each quarter.

Goals for Q1 included: 1. Permit multiwell package. (This was to include wells 4, 5 and 6. None of this was accomplished in Q!. Well 4 was permitted in Q2. 2. Drill well 4 in Q1. (This didn't start until May 10th and no idea what the current status is.)  3. Begin permitting for second 3 well package (wells 7, 8 and 9)

Goals for Q2 included; 1. Drill second three well package (7,8 and 9). 2 Finalize permitting for the processing facilities. 

Where is the execution here? Literally none of this has been done. Yet they continue to award insiders options for what? Jobs done well???  We have a right to question management when so many marks have been missed. It has almost been a year since wells one and two were drilled and completed. What has been accomplished to add stockholder value  in the last year?   On the plus side, they have been good stewards of the cash in the bank. Even if well #4 is completed today and we get a bump in the stock price, management stilll needs to do a better job moving forward.

Who goes from drilling in one year building facilities solar electricity and a refinery and earns 200 million a year. This present well is worth $100-$400 million these are huge prices that we get like never before in history. In a week to 10 days the brakes could be substantially higher. I don't want to rush these guys let them do their work. If this is richer deeper more multi zone this well

Desrt mountain is still a junior company. As such one would expect them to nuture any shareholder relationship as this often contributes to the success of the company. ( remember it was shareholders who made the warrants convert and giving the company its warchest).  When a company does not meet its targets it's very disturbing. Particularly when some of the targets are low hanging fruit

As a small company they can be completely flexible. I don't care if it takes 20 extra days on a project that could be worth 400 million. You don't get this kind of exposure anywhere. If this is a substantial well $200 million is A real possibility. It's true they could Russian give you $100 million well. When the information they find out and learn from results in 6 to 12 more

we get all your promo groundpounder. Notice you don't go into territory of if the well is non feasible which could also happen. If you were paying attn you would understand that no one is against the economics    There is no excuse for the lack of company communication whether good or bad news

They are drilling and they're not going to give you a news announcement until it's done what's the point in saying anything until it's finished.

They are three for three on Wildcats this is the fourth so the odds are with their success itis probably going to be successful. My responsibility is to buy shares when they're the cheapest. Not selling cheap and then buying again at two bucks higher in a week. The odds are in the investors favor.. If they had announced a successful well you would gladly be paying $5 To six dollars a share and

I agree with 12GP volume is low and the low ball ask disappear usually at the end of day. I put in a buy order for 100 shares on friday at 3:59 with the price being below $4 and got filled at 4.07 as the asks below 4.00 disappeared. I think some things happened that weren't expected but they are still drilling.
