You're piece of excrement left on the ground. Failed to mention directors exercising their option at a price higher than the price today. Insiders are buying, buying, buying!!!! Almost a million in options at 4.25!!!

What are you on about? the only news we have from the company we are invested in is a director selling 4000 shares.  Take it as you will, that action and volume has dropped the share 3%.

I take this transaction as a bullish sign. If you check this director's past sales they usually coincide with a bottom and price is up within a few weeks or less. He's resigned! Some governance issues going on here, is my initial thought.... https://desertmountainenergy.com/desert-mountain-energy-announces-board-resignation/

There was an announcement when Irwin Olian stepped down: https://desertmountainenergy.com/desert-mountain-energy-restructuring-management-team-as-robert-rohlfing-assumes-new-role-as-ceo-chairman-with-irwin-olian-retiring-from-these-positions/ I'm kinda wishing he'd come back, given the creeping signs of mismanagement....

Ah, my mistake.

First, I have had my own concerns amount the maturity of the company's corporate governance.  In particular, I had been concerned about the appropriateness of recent issuances of stock options when well 4 news was seemingly imminent (which now seems like a bit of a moot point now).  Because this is a very small company with a lot of economic opportunity/value riding on its decisions, ...more
