pullback due?

Small companies that have been on a rocket ship trajectory do not need much of a misstep to pull back 50% from their surge. In fact it is natural to happen for no particular reason reason other than to consolidate the gains. I am surprised that the delays on well 4 have not led to bigger retreat.

Why are you writing posts like this on multiple sites? This just appeared on the Helium One board on lse.co.uk : " Slight pullback pretty normalToday 14:16 Small companies that have been on a rocket ship trajectory do not need much of a misstep to pull back even 50% from their surge. Because it is true and a lot of smaller companies I own have had sharp pullbacks recently  for no great reason, certainly with no change in fundamentals. I am surpised that DME has not had more of a pullback, and if it does I will add to my smallish postition here. Usually a rocket ramp in share price requires pretty flawless execution. Saying you will have results in a week and then not ...more

The misstep at He1 was simply that an RNS was anticipated (not promised) and did not appear for a few days and then  there was a tweet with a quote from the last RNS of 10 days ago that was misinterpreted as indicating no progress on drilling in that interval. It was immediately corrected by company but shares had pulled back 10%.  Those tiny little items made me think of DME (my other ...more

First of all that article from October talks about Helium on the other side of the ocean and not in North America. Very expensive to transport an element that can escape through metal even if cooled to very low temperatures. Second, everyone is right when it comes to the market. You just don't know what is going to happen. If I was shorting this stock I would but negative posts to scare ...more

I'm not short and I have no motivation to scare people into selling. I am trying to re-assure people that a pulback is normal, especially when there are some glitches, which is almost always true in an exploration program. And to share my opinion that such a pullback can be an opportunity if the underlying story is intact.

The estimated production was 688  to 933  barrels of helium from One zone each in the first two wells. They are about to production test and perforate seven more zones in the first two wells. This will be followed by a reserve report which should be huge  .In the US the price for helium is ranging between $1100 US to $1400 US and as high as $3000 US for space   Helium 99.9999 ...more

Desert mountain energy has had three massively rich helium discovery 400 to 700% richer than anybody else's multi zone. Do you have an even tested all the zones and the production was massive. These were massive discoveries in a brand new 270 mile long trend. Virgin territory. They need to be classified as a refiner not just exploration like most companies. It's like the oil business if ...more
