Of interviews and dividends

I think the johnny come lately people here should know that if you want a over-hyped Helium play go to Royal Helium where the CEO is a pumper extra-ordinaire. Dividends, forget that for now, just drill.

The interview was kind of a pressure relief valve for investors. I was getting worried and wanted news asap. Now we know what happened and I for one can understand the issue he faced because my job also requires me to accomplish minor miracles on a weekly basis and when its done there is no thank you but I feel good about myself. The interview was exactly that, RR feeling good about himself and his staff and passing on that feeling to us.

Majority of the people on this board have no idea of what it is like to run a mining company so invent in the people (team) and the results. Once established and selling product we can see how well RR and other run a business in terms of profit and dividends.

Royal Hemoglobin and DME are kind of complementary. Both are primary helium plays. DME has two exciting numbers (24.2 MMCF/day from a well zone with 7.1% helium).   RHC has two exciting numbers from an unpected zone called the regolith zone which has 9% helium and an estimated 6.0 BCF of helium in place.  Both aim to be producers and it will be intersting how smoothly that goes for ...more

Not sure where you got 9% He. Maybe you meant 0.9%

Most of helium zones in Sashachewan have 0.4% to 2.4% helium. RHC has discussed drilling through what they thought was a seismic basement on the Climax three well and entering regolith zone that has not previously been identified as helium resource.  They are just about to spud Climax 4 specifically to get core samples and other information from the rigolith zone and to help determine how ...more

That says .65% HE and 9% H.  H is hydrogen.

Tanzania (HLOG) might be one to watch out for for high concentrations of Helium but that's a junk district and a logistical nightmare.   Also there have been tales of huge find in siberia tha trussia has been working on , but also a junk district and logistical nightmare.

Ty, not so. The feed for the Amur gas plant has about .6% He and will eventually produce 2,1 billion cu ft of He annually from six trains. The first train went online last month. The He can be sold into Japan, Korea and northern China without too much in-transit product loss. Twenty hours by truck to Vladivostok, 14 hours to Harbin.

The global helium supply situation looks very uneven. New supply coming online from Russia and Qatar I'd expect will depress pricing in the Far East. However, the fact that helium does not travel long distances well means the US will have its own dynamics. The closure of the BLM is removing something like 1bn cu ft/year of supply (compared with 2017) of supply. It's a lot to compensate for ...more

Well I guess I don't know the exact concentrations of gasses in the rigolith zone. I had though it was 9% He but I may be totally wrong.  Still I also really do not know what 9% Htdrogen would mean.I thought the hydrogen concentration ion natural gas wells was trace to .05%. I would not have any reference for a well with 9% hydrogen gas. In looking around I guess it does rarely occur. Can ...more

To be clear, I didn't say a dividend now would be a good idea. Borrowing against our future would be very short sighted. Just saying RR said it's a possibility after we make it big. I've been in since $1.78. I'm happy to wait for $30 or wherever we end up

So, how wolud you feel if a hostile takeover at $12 happened before production start-up? There is nothing to prevent large holders from accepting such a bid. Since none of us know what He prices will be 12 monthe from now, why not do a small forward sale now, pay a quarterly divvy with the proceeds and force the stock to a level that reflects at least some of the project's long term value?
