Wrong company and commodity. Well 3 from DME showed great potential. Production casing and potential 40-60 ft pay layer. Jmo. Glta.

Well 3 hasn't been tested yet, Flaggstaff pulled them into a lawsuit before they could. We know there is showings of Helium there. But don't know how much.

The only significant thing I remember is that Don said it was at the meteor crater location which, when properly sampled, will officially be the discovery of another new helium field. They did set production casing so I'm quite confident there is helium.

I wonder if DME might be tempted to keep the completion rig for wells 5,6 and 7 just a little bit longer, and test well 3 as well? I doubt it would delay things by much at all, and it would save the additional mob/demob costs that an extra rig to test well 3 would require.

That's basically correct. It will be up to the lower court to decide to re-litigate the particular issue(s) the appellate court determined the judge applied the law to incorrectly. Unlikely, but who knows. DME, I believe, also has the option to request a different judge, based on his error(s). I may be incorrect on that facet though as I'm not super familiar with the U.S. system.

I would like to read the decision from the appeals court. If anyone gets their hands on it can you host it on dropbox or Google drives and post the link?

Sounds like some of the local politicians might be exploiting this. Let me guess, an election is on the horizon.

With only the ignorance of municipal government as my barometer, they appear likely to actually try again and they will likely lose.

All I can say is I'm great full to have RR and team with their foresight and optionally steering this ship. Seems like there are plenty of good targets out there that don't need the approval of municipal governments.
