You seem very concerned about the selling of the helium.  It's not an issue and won't be for a very long time.. they could easily rp and pillage but won't because RR is a decent person and cares about long term everything.  So they will sell to long term sustainable partners and the US govt at a "fair market" value.   Just guessing but they will sign some ...more
