NYSE uplisting?

reading through old press releases I found DME mentioning working on a potential NYSE uplisting for 2022. As anyone seen updates or has additional indormation on that possibility?

if i'm not mistaken I read that a minimum SP of 4$ is a requirement so I guess that means to happen first?

Let's not, yet again, get ahead of ourselves. This speculation is nonsense nor is anything like it immediate. This is a long play, and as many of you have witnessed, will take much longer than the pre-pubescent rantings of RR and DM. It may be an eventuality, but not even close. I just found this  The initial minimum bid price is $4.00 and the same ongoing minimum bid price and peer review requirements as are set forth above apply. Credits to Findlaw.com

Don has explicitly said they wish to uplist to the Nasdaq exchange, not the NYSE. While $4.00 is typically required to uplist, companies can uplist with a lower price per share if they meet certain requirements.
