Re: Q3 update

Very much appreciate the update from DME, but, as always, it's frustratingly vague.

Regarding the processing facility, and putting aside the lack of guidance around start-up, what does "Specific component containers will be trucked to the site shortly after their initial runup test is complete so that mechanical and electrical installation can commence"  actually mean? What are these specific containers, and what about the other containers? And what does "shortly" in reality mean?

Meanwhile, the info around hydrogen and Beam is extremely thin. What is the actual relationship here?? Is this like a farm-in? They're going to apparently be developing hydrogen at the McCauley field, but on what terms? What's the revenue split? Is Beam offering a development carry? This information is usually shared on oil/gas projects, but nothing here.

And a final note regerding the Gunner Dome well. Why they could not have mentioned the CO2 in the previous announcement is beyond me. In fact, in their previous release they inferred the issue was noble gases.

All in all, I do welcome the news release. It's very welcome--in fact all news is very welcome! But clarity and timeliness remain a big problem in the company's communication, at least in my view....after all, didn't Don say that everything would have been delivered by now?

You pretty much covered my exact thoughts with this news release: welcome, sure, but not offing much clarity.   The only clear action is that they are installing a fence.   We are all desperate to know when the company will be producing and that remains a question...

I emailed Don for clarification on the "Specific Component Containers" They are the 4 modular C-Can housing units. As for timing I'm still banking on Dons comments in his last interview to be online at the beginning of Nov.. Given they aren't great at meeting timelines I would say end of Nov lol.

Thanks jimmyjohn. That is, I believe, the four units that house all the processing equipment. Lord knows why they didn't make that point more clearly. in related news, by the way, they seem to have added a few more photos to the site: https://www.desertmountainenergy.com/helium/#processing_plant

first time the company is calling it a quarterly report, never have they reported quarterly, Secondly it reports nothing, even when you say they got back to you saying four sea cans are going to be delivered,,,WOW how open and transparent is that. This so called quarterly report says nothing except expect lots more delays. Not a single shareholder has bought a share in over 3 months, when many ...more

I meant to say not a single insider shareholder has bought in over three months

Don was clarifying what "Specific Component trailers" meant. Which are the four major housing units. This is basically the whole processing facility. The fact that they are testing it and it will be ready to ship soon is a big deal. I don't get the impression more delays are coming. (Not saying there won't be with their track record lol) Also Your statement about many insiders ...more

hey listen I was a big supporter of DME and also a fairly large investor up until I got suspicious after them bragging about how financially secure they were and then two months later they did a very sloppy public offering, and everything that has happened since then is extremely vague. For instance what company let's a small mechanical part hold themselves back of getting a whole plant online ...more

I'm not saying your concerns aren't legitimate. The raising of funds was definitely disappointing after they said they didn't need too. In regards to the missing part, no one said it was small. Robert said in an interview they expressed the concern about this part to Generon and they told them it wouldn't be an issue. I'm not a Helium processing engineer by any means. But there ...more

I'm not saying lying but definitely there's a hidden agenda from what I have seen recently, Otherwise I believe your comments are fair

No disparagement to the executive but I think it's clear that, as soon as we can afford it, we would all benefit from a specialized IR hire whether that's an individual or firm. The goal would be to tighten up the NRs and veto any language that overinflates investor expectations. So much better to exceed expectations than come up short. Meeting them is also fine.

I would certainly agree that the general content and quality of DME's press releases continues to disappoint (though it felt like things had improved there a bit for a while).  Many companies with lower market caps and less cash seem able to engage investor relations firms that (apparently) do a much better job helping the companies generate better/clearer content.  Not to pile on ...more
