New Mexico Property

Looks barely commercial. Maybe $10k/day of revenue. Not enough to support current stock price IMO.

Would you pay $30 million for $1.5 million of cash flow? Be my guest.

Actual cost of NM not the usual BS from Fredo the brainless one. The third-party acquisition cost is $500,000.00 US for the gathering system and $2,000,000.00 US cash for the wells.

I was referring to the market cap of the stock, not the acquisition cost of the NM property. So, I ask again, would you pay 30 million for $1.5 million of cash flow? Of course as the stock continues to decline, you won't have to.

1.5 mil cash flow?

If they reach their near term goal of 1.5 mmf/d of gas production at $2.75/mcf and .5% He at $.60/cf. That's about $6000/day of revenue. Make your own operating expense estimate.

A guy on the CEO board has them at 1 million dollars more per year of revenue then you at the same gas flow number. They also have the trucking revenue and perhaps the solar revenue. It's safe to say we won't know til we know what there total revenue will be particularly since they estimate another 100 wells that can be worked over.

Yeah, I ignored the trucking revenue.

Apparently revenue will not only be from natural gas, helium is expected in the near future as well.
